Since Murrumbidgee was formed in 1994, 404 players have played a total of 8052 games for the Club. 2882 games have been played in Div 1 / Div 3, whilst 5170 games have been played in Div 2 / Div 4.

Juggernauts have played a total of 385 games for 180 wins, 1 draw and 202 losses. 2 games were cancelled.

          The draw occurred in Div 3, 2006 v ANU at Kambah 1. MFC 7.11.53 V ANU 6.17.53

We have forfeited 7 games and received 7 wins by forfeit. Over our history we have had 17 byes.

Our first Club win came in Rd 14 1994, by 4 points over ANU, after 13 losses with an average margin of 83 points.

In Rd 7, 2000 a match v ANU at Kambah 1 was called off in the 3rd quarter, by umpires who were suffering hypothermia due to the snow during the match. MFC were leading 5.11.41 to 5.6.36 and were declared the official winners.

The first ever training was held at Mawson Oval on the 8th February, 1994. 24 players attended the session under coach Paul Simper.

There have been 66 players who have taken the field for only 1 match for the Juggernauts.

The youngest player to ever represent the Juggernauts was Steve “Billy the Kid” White at 14 years of age in 1994.

The oldest player for the Juggernauts was Grant Ellidge at 46 years 140 days in Rd 10, 14 June 2008 v Cooma.

The Club song was written by Gavin Doherty and Bob Bartram in 1994. The “2,3,4” was never meant to be sung during the song, but because of the sense of humour of the players at the time, it was included and has been used ever since.

The Club shield was designed by Ben Simper and Peter Marshall. The Club character logo, comprising a very large player in the act of kicking the football (known as the “Fatman logo”) was designed by Bob Bartram.

The “Brindabella Bombers” and “South Canberra” were names originally put forward when the Club was first being formed.

Murrumbidgee has had 3 league Best & Fairest winners: Bob Bartram 2000; Wade Williams 2003; Chris Beasland 2004.

We have also had 3 league B&F Runners Up: Ben Thomas 1995; Wade Williams 2000; and Steve Herbert 2002.

Two Juggernaut players have won the League Player of the year: Wade Williams 2003; and Chris Beasland 2004

Juggernauts have produced 4 League leading Goal kickers: Kim Patterson 2003; Dean Hill 2005, 2008, 2009

The Juggernauts have played in 19 finals matches.  We have lost all 4 in Div 1/Div 3 and have won 5 out of 15 in Div 2/Div 4.
